The Genie Awards are Canada’s version of the Academy Awards for Canadian films, and the ceremonies will be held in Toronto on March 3rd 2008. It will be telecast on the Global TV network.

The AGA’s President Angus MacLeod stars in the film, and AGA student Nona MacDermid produced it. Marc Almon was the director/writer.
Tha sinn a’cur meala-naidheachd air Aonghas, Nona, is Marc. Cuireamaid gach deagh dhùrachd thuca agus bitheamaid an dòchas gun tèid gu math leotha ann an Toronto. (We congratulate Angus, Nona, and Marc. Let’s wish them all the best, and hope that it goes well for them in Toronto.)
