Mary Madeline Garrett
1924-2015

We are deeply saddened to pass on the news of the passing
of long time friend Mary Madeline Garrett. Mary was with CASSOC from its
very beginning and held several Executive positions. She was always very
enthusiastic about all things Scottish and she was deeply involved in
her own clan, the Camerons. She was instrumental in the early days of
CASSOC in establishing the Kirkin' O' the Tartan.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Murray. Beloved mother of Liz Wright
(Bob), Allison Scolieri (Frank) and Phyllis Greer (Jim). Loving
grandmother to Tiffany Marchyshyn (Mike), Garrett Wright (Andy), Amanda
Scolieri and Joey Scolieri, Cheryl Broughton (Leif), Janice Brown
(Steve) and Tim Greer (Rachel). Thrilled great-grandmother to Maggie and
Ben Marchyshyn, Hope and Noelle Broughton and Charlotte and Ivy Brown.
The CASSOC secretary, Jo Ann Tuskin, has received many messages of
condolances from past and current members of CASSOC and her wide circle
of friends.
We will all miss her.
